Case Anna

First Consultation For: Anna
15/12/2008


With mother Helen, girl of 14 years of age.

Discovered she was sick in 2004.

Taking ARV.
Before ARV had pulmonary TB.

Herpes zoster on leg. It is rare to be on the leg.

Was given first anti TB drug at the age of 5.

Recurring TB since 2004.

She got a skin eruption all over her body, as if the whole skin was rotten, the flesh was coming out, very itchy.

She has genital warts.

She has cutting and burning pain in the abdomen.

Dry cough.

1st CD4 can’t remember.
Last CD4 (9/08) 700

Tongue pale and a little white.

Pain in the eye.

Lachrymation.

Cervical glands swollen.

Aversion to okra bamya
Averse bitter.

No menstrual period yet, not normal for this age.

Some wheezing respiration.

Fear of dogs.

She is short tempered and she speaks out.

She is hard working.

Likes to play.

They won’t give her a report in school because she has not paid the fees.

Loving of family.


Rx: Merc 30C once a week




Follow-up 25.1.09

She is better.

Immediately after remedy she got herpes zoster on the left neck.
Sleep better but some tiredness.


Skin is better.
Genital warts disappeared.

Cough gone.
Abdominal pain gone.
Still some swollen glands.
Breathing is better.
Working very hard in the fields and at school.
Anna says she is better.

Rx: Merc 30c once a week, continue
